Introduction

  • We listen to what you like and don’t like about your home, goals, needs and desires.
  • Please attach pictures and give us as much information as possible.
  • We will talk about your timeline, work scope, and budget.

In house Project Evaluation

  • If we can help and you want to move forward we will schedule a site visit.
  • At the consultation, we will talk in more depth about the work scope, materials selections, construction process, and most importantly, what are your project goals.
  • If we are on the same page we will sign Our Pre Construction planning agreement.

Pre-construction planning

  • Our Pre-construction Planning Services include Design, work scope development, estimate, and proposal development.
  • We can help you create your home’s design for your interior or exterior project. From transforming the layout to choosing the accents, we’ll nail down the details and create a vision of your proposed project beforehand. This way, you can see how your house is going to look before you commit to any major changes.

Project Construction

  • This is the fun part of the project.
  • As we work on your house, we keep you involved and updated about the work process.
  • Once our work is done, we’ll take the time to make sure your home there’ll clean up the space and prepare your home for the final reveal.

  • We will conduct a final walkthrough ensuring that the project it’s 100% done and your family is happy with the end result.

Edgar built a back porch for me in May 2020, in the early midst of the pandemic. I picked him because he was very careful in assessing my needs over phone, e-mail, and text, including budget -- Pointvertex was most reasonable. First day of work, he showed up promptly with one assistant and they got busy! The job expanded when Edgar uncovered other unanticipated damage to my home's stucco and framing. He pointed out and explained problems as soon as he saw them, and offered detailed, reasonable, honest solutions. He worked with flexibility on a changing situation. Edgar was on time every day, worked diligently, and was respectful of noise and space. The finished back porch was better and even sturdier than I imagined, a huge improvement. All the debris was hauled away efficiently. I think he genuinely cares about client expectations and works within everyone's means to get the job done. Thank you!
