On Site Project Walkthrough
- If it sounds like we may be a good fit for your project, we’ll schedule a visit to your home. We’ll walk through the space together, listen to your ideas, discuss your goals, and review key details like scope and timeline. This is our chance to understand what matters most to you and how we can best support your project.
Pre-construction planning
- Before any work begins, we take time to plan everything out carefully. This includes a proper project assessment, developing a clear scope of work, putting together your estimate and proposal, and finalizing design ideas and finish material selections. If permits, design services, or engineering are needed, we’ll help guide you through those steps too. The goal is to make sure everything is clear, agreed on, and ready before any tools come out.
Construction starts
- Once the plan is in place, we get to work. We’ll keep you updated along the way, protect your home, and do our best to keep things running day by day. We communicate regularly, clean up as we go, and make sure there’s no mess left behind at the end of each day.
